Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and the product (including but not limited to vocal tracks, sample packs, audio files, and usage licenses) has been delivered or made available for download, Vokaaly offers no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This is a strict policy and applies to all customers and all purchases. We urge you to be cautious and deliberate in your selection before proceeding to checkout.

Vokaaly sells intangible, irrevocable digital goods. When you purchase a product from us, you receive digital files that are delivered to you electronically, typically via an instant download link.

Unlike physical goods, a digital product cannot be "returned" in any meaningful way. Once the files are on your computer, we have no way to verify their deletion or to prevent their future use. The delivery of the product is considered complete the moment you have accessed the download. Because of this, we cannot issue a refund based on a customer "returning" the product.

Your purchase is not just for a set of audio files; it is for an immediate and irrevocable license to use those files according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. This license is granted to you instantly upon successful payment.

Because this license is granted immediately and cannot be rescinded or clawed back by us, the service (granting of usage rights) is considered fully rendered at the point of sale. We cannot refund a purchase for a license that has already been issued and is in your possession.

This no-refund policy is a critical measure to protect the intellectual property of the artists who list their work on our platform and to prevent fraud. The digital nature of our products makes our marketplace susceptible to abuse.

If refunds were permitted, it would be possible for a user to purchase a vocal, download the high-quality files, use them in a commercial project, and then request a refund, effectively obtaining the product and its license for free. This would constitute digital theft and would severely undermine our artists' ability to earn a living from their work.

Our policy exists to ensure that our artists are fairly compensated for every license we sell and to maintain the long-term integrity and viability of the Vokaaly marketplace. We cannot and will not control for this risk, and therefore, we do not offer refunds.

We place the responsibility firmly on you, the customer, to perform all necessary due diligence before completing a purchase. We provide all the tools necessary for you to make an informed decision:

  Audio Previews: Every vocal track on our site features a watermarked audio preview. We strongly urge you to listen to these previews carefully, multiple times, on different sound systems if necessary, to ensure the style, performance, and recording quality meet your specific needs.

  Detailed Descriptions: Every product page includes detailed technical information, such as the musical key, BPM (beats per minute), and file format (e.g., 24-bit WAV). It is your responsibility to read this information and confirm its suitability for your project.

  License Terms: The specific usage rights for each product are clearly outlined. You must read and understand the license you are purchasing.

Therefore, we will not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

• ❌ You changed your mind (buyer's remorse).
• ❌ You purchased the product by mistake or accident.
• ❌ You do not like the product's style or performance (this is what the preview is for).
• ❌ You do not have the technical expertise or correct software (DAW) to use the product.
• ❌ You expected the product to include something that was not explicitly advertised.
• ❌ You found a similar product elsewhere, or at a lower price.
• ❌ You have already downloaded the product.

Your caution before you buy is your best guarantee of satisfaction.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a verifiable, repeatable technical failure on Vokaaly's end that prevents you from accessing the product you purchased.

This includes:

• ✓ A broken download link that our team cannot fix.
• ✓ A demonstrably corrupted file that we cannot replace with a working version.

In such a rare event, you must contact our support team at support@vokaaly.com within 72 hours of your purchase, providing your order number and clear evidence of the technical failure (such as screenshots or error messages). Our team will investigate the issue. If the failure is confirmed to be on our side, our sole responsibility and your sole remedy will be to provide you with a working, non-corrupted version of the file(s) you purchased. A technical issue does not qualify you for a refund; it qualifies you for a successful delivery of your purchased product.

By purchasing from Vokaaly, you agree to this "No Refund" policy. Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you must first contact our support team to resolve any technical issues as described in Section 6.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., falsely claiming you did not receive a product that our logs show you downloaded) is a violation of our terms, constitutes fraud, and will be disputed. We will provide our payment processor with all necessary evidence (including your IP address, download logs, and your agreement to this policy) to contest the dispute. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be immediately banned from the Vokaaly platform, and their accounts and licenses will be terminated.

The action of completing your purchase (such as by clicking "Purchase" or "Pay Now" and ticking any "I agree to the terms" boxes) constitutes your electronic signature and your affirmative acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this entire Refund Policy.
